If something isn't right, we'll make it right — within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility
Unopened items in their original, sealed packaging may be returned or exchanged within 14 days. For hygiene and authenticity reasons, opened fragrances cannot be returned unless faulty.
How to start a return
Email support@duscent.ae with your order number and reason. We'll arrange a pickup and process your refund to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
