Request a return of an unopened, sealed item within 14 days of delivery. Your rights under UAE law remain available where an order has a problem.
You may request a return or exchange of an unopened fragrance in its original, sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery.
Contact us if an item is defective, damaged, incomplete, different from its description, or delivered so late that it can no longer serve its purpose. We will assess the appropriate return, replacement or refund under UAE law. Opening an item to check for a defect does not automatically remove your legal rights. The 14-day sealed-item offer does not limit those rights.
Email support@duscent.ae with your order number and the issue. We will explain the next steps and arrange collection where applicable. If a refund is due, we will arrange it after assessing the claim and any returned item. Card and Tabby refunds go through the original payment provider; for cash-on-delivery orders, we will agree a suitable refund method with you.
