Duscent — Dubai's Scent — is a UAE-based online perfume house offering a curated archive of niche and Arabian fragrances, including oud, amber, musk and floral perfumes from leading Middle Eastern houses. Duscent ships across the United Arab Emirates and operates in both English and Arabic.
Are your fragrances authentic?
Yes. Every product sold by Duscent is 100% authentic and sourced through authorised channels — guaranteed. Duscent does not sell imitations, decants of unknown origin, or counterfeit fragrances.
Where does Duscent ship, and how much does delivery cost?
Duscent ships across the United Arab Emirates. Delivery is free on all UAE orders of 200 or more; orders under 200 carry a flat 20 delivery fee. Dubai and Sharjah typically arrive in 1–2 business days, and other Emirates in 2–4 business days. Express Delivery is unavailable on Sundays. If an order includes any non-express item, the entire order may follow the standard delivery timeline.
What currency are prices shown in?
All prices on Duscent are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED). The listed product price is used at checkout; only delivery and any customer-selected extras are added where applicable.
Which payment methods does Duscent accept?
Duscent accepts all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Tabby (buy now, pay later in interest-free instalments). Cash on delivery is also available within the UAE.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Duscent supports Tabby, which lets you split your order into 4 interest-free payments. The instalment amount is shown on the product page and in your cart.
What is your return policy?
Unopened items in their original sealed packaging may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene and authenticity reasons, opened fragrances cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, Duscent sends a tracking link by SMS and email. You can also track any order at duscent.ae/order/track using your order number and email.
Do you offer testers or samples?
Selected houses offer travel and sample sizes. Where available, these appear as a size option on the product page.
